Our accommodations include our Main House and several lovely cottage-like buildings nestled in the woods, including:

Our week day rates start at $120 plus tax.

Breakfast is not included with the room and will be served a la carte in the Main House Restaurant: Sofia’s Kitchen.

Rates based on double occupancy. $25 per additional person. Up to 4 people in a room maximum. 13 and under are free.

Tax: 8% states sales tax and 2% occupancy tax.Soyuzivka has a no pet policy. All rooms are smoke free.

Soyuzivka has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
