Our week day rates start at $140 plus tax.
All state and local taxes apply.

Rates based on double occupancy. $25 per additional person. Up to 4 people in a room maximum. 13 and under are free.
2 Minimum Night Stay for certain blackout dates. Check-in is 4pm | Check out is 11:30am

Breakfast is not included with the room and will be served a la carte at Sofia’s Kitchen Main House Dining Room. Soyuzivka has a 48 hour cancellation and NO PETS policy. All rooms are smoke free.
