Tennis Camp
June 22 - July 03
 
Directed by George Sawchak, kicks off the summer with 2 weeks of intensive tennis instruction and competitive play, for boys and girls ages 10—18. 

Attendance will be limited to 45 students.  Room, board, 24-hour supervision, expert lessons and loads of fun are included.

Ukrainian PLAST Scout Day Camp for preschoolers

Note:  This is a PLAST Sponsored Camp.  To register child  and for camp applications, please contact Pani Sochan at 973/984-7456.

Ukrainian Heritage Day Camp
Session 1- July 13 - 18
Session 2- July 20 - 25
 

A returning favorite, in the form of a day camp.  Children ages 4—7 will be exposed to Ukrainian heritage through daily activities such as dance, song, crafts and games. 

Children will walk away with an expanded knowledge of Ukrainian folk culture and language as well as, new, lasting friendships with other children of Ukrainian heritage.  Price includes kid’s lunch and t-shirt, and unless noted, is based on
in-house occupancy of parent/guardian.

Discovery Camp
July 13 - 18
 
Calling all nature lovers for this sleepover program filled with outdoor crafts, hiking, swimming, scuba, organized sports & games, bonfires, songs and much more.  Older kids will participate in overnight campouts with focus on wilderness survival skills  Room, board, 24 hour supervision and a lifetime of memories are included!

Scuba Diving Course

One week course will complete academic, confined water and open water requirements for PADI open water certification. Classes given by George Hanushevsky, scuba diver instructor.
Pre registration is required.
$400 for Course, $120 Deposit Required,

Chornomorska Sitch Sports School

Session 2- July 27 - August 2
 
Run by the Ukrainian Athletic-Educational Association “Chornomorska Sitch”, this camp will focus on soccer, tennis  volleyball and swimming, and is perfect for any sports enthusiast.

Roma Pryma Bohachevsky Ukrainian Dance Camp
Session 1- July 20 - August 2
Session 2- August 3 - 16
 

Directed by Ania Bohachevsky-Lonkevych (daughter of Roma Pryma Bohachevsky), this camp offers instruction for beginning, intermediate and advanced students, ages 8—16. 

Attendance will be limited to 60 students.  Camp will end with a grand recital on the evening of August 20.  

Room, board, 24-hour supervision, expert lessons and loads of fun are included.

 Due to new arrangements the initial deposit of $75.00 continues to be submitted to Soyuzivka with the application for each camp session - in order to confirm a place in camp - the balance of payment is due at the time of Registration for the camp either by check- made payable to UCDA INC. or cash - -

Canadian applicants must pay their balance in cash in US funds - all medical / permission forms to be submitted to Soyuzivka no later then 3 weeks prior to the start of camp - Soyuzivka will not be taking the balance of the payments - nor will credit cards be accepted for payment for camp**

By order of the health department all necessary medical forms & permission slips must be completed and received by Soyuzivka together with the full payment of instructors fees and camp payments no later then 3 weeks prior to the start of the camp session.  Otherwise the child will loose his or her place in camp  NO EXCEPTIONS 

 
There will be no refunds to students leaving prior to the end of a camp for any reason whatsoever, and no credits for late arrivals. 

All camps are bi-lingual and geared toward a better understanding of Ukrainian heritage and culture.   

Parents are reminded to pick-up their children promptly after their session.  Soyuzivka WILL NOT assume responsibility for those left unattended between or after camps. 

No refunds will be offered for any camper leaving prior to the end of camp, regardless of reason.  Likewise, no credits will be given for those arriving late.  The Ukrainian National Association does not discriminate against anyone based on age, race, creed, sex or color.
